Our experiences shape our thoughts, behaviors and overall outlook on life, and most times we need a safe space and accountability to realize this. As a therapist of color, from an African country, she understands the challenges many people of color, especially immigrants may face when met with the effects of unaddressed past traumatic experiences.

Her goal as a psychotherapist is to provide you with the opportunity to become more self-aware, heal and develop effective tools to help you thrive as your true self. Her passion is to change the narrative of mental health within immigrant communities, in order to facilitate healing and an improved overall well-being.
